Notu.la is een product van SCRTY B.V., handelend onder de naam Cauldron One Development, gevestigd in Nederland ("wij", "ons"). Deze voorwaarden vormen de overeenkomst tussen jou en SCRTY B.V. over het gebruik van de Notu.la-app en de bijbehorende diensten. Door Notu.la te gebruiken ga je akkoord met deze voorwaarden.Notu.la is a product of SCRTY B.V., trading as Cauldron One Development, established in the Netherlands ("we", "us"). These terms form the agreement between you and SCRTY B.V. for using the Notu.la app and its related services. By using Notu.la you agree to these terms.

02De app en Notula ProThe app and Notula Pro
Met Notu.la neem je vergaderingen op (op je iPhone of Apple Watch), of voeg je audio of tekst toe. We zetten de opname om in een transcript met sprekers en schrijven er notulen bij. Notula Pro is het betaalde abonnement dat de volledige functies ontgrendelt.With Notu.la you record meetings (on your iPhone or Apple Watch), or add audio or text. We turn the recording into a transcript with speakers and write the minutes. Notula Pro is the paid subscription that unlocks the full features.
03Notula Pro-abonnementNotula Pro subscription
Notula Pro bevat: onbeperkte transcriptieminuten, alle notulenstijlen plus opnieuw genereren, geen maximumduur per vergadering, export van audio/transcript/notulen, en opnemen met de Apple Watch.Notula Pro includes: unlimited transcription minutes, all summary styles plus regeneration, no per-meeting length cap, export of audio/transcript/minutes, and Apple Watch capture.
Gratis versie: momenteel 120 minuten audio per maand. De eerste keer dat je een notulenstijl genereert is gratis; opnieuw genereren is een Pro-functie.Free tier: currently 120 minutes of audio per month. The first time you generate each summary style is free; regenerating is a Pro feature.
Betaling en verlenging: het bedrag wordt afgeschreven via je Apple ID. Het abonnement verlengt automatisch tegen €8,99 per maand, tenzij je minstens 24 uur vóór het einde van de lopende periode opzegt. Je beheert en zegt het abonnement op in de account-instellingen van de App Store. Betaalde, lopende periodes worden niet terugbetaald, behalve waar de wet dit verplicht.Billing and renewal: the amount is charged to your Apple ID. The subscription auto-renews at €8.99 per month unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You manage and cancel the subscription in your App Store account settings. Paid, ongoing periods are not refunded except where required by law.
04Jouw rechten als EU-consumentYour rights as an EU consumer
Als consument in de EU heb je een herroepingsrecht van 14 dagen voor digitale diensten. Omdat Notula Pro een digitale dienst is die direct begint, vragen we je uitdrukkelijke toestemming om meteen te starten; daarmee erken je dat je je herroepingsrecht verliest zodra de dienst volledig is geleverd. Voor zover de dienst nog niet is geleverd, behoud je je herroepingsrecht. Je wettelijke (consumenten)rechten en garanties blijven onverminderd gelden.As a consumer in the EU you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. Because Notula Pro is a digital service that starts immediately, we ask for your express consent to begin right away; in doing so you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully supplied. To the extent the service has not yet been supplied, you keep your right of withdrawal. Your statutory consumer rights and warranties remain fully in force.

06Nauwkeurigheid van transcripten en notulenAccuracy of transcripts and minutes
Notu.la gebruikt machine learning en AI om vergaderingen te transcriberen en samen te vatten. Daardoor kunnen transcripten en notulen fouten bevatten. Controleer de inhoud daarom altijd aan de hand van de oorspronkelijke audio-opname - die kun je vanuit de app exporteren. Notulen zijn een hulpmiddel, geen vervanging van een officieel verslag.Notu.la uses machine learning and AI to transcribe and summarize meetings. As a result, transcripts and minutes may contain errors. Always check the contents against the original audio recording - which you can export from the app. Minutes are an aid, not a substitute for an official record.
07Toegestaan gebruikAcceptable use
- Gebruik Notu.la niet voor onwettige doeleinden of zonder de vereiste toestemming om op te nemen.Don't use Notu.la for unlawful purposes or without the required consent to record.
- Probeer de dienst niet te misbruiken, te omzeilen of te verstoren, en gebruik geen toegang die niet van jou is.Don't abuse, circumvent or disrupt the service, and don't use access that isn't yours.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de inhoud die je opneemt, uploadt of plakt.You're responsible for the content you record, upload or paste.
08App Store-voorwaarden (Apple)App Store terms (Apple)
Voor de app die je via de App Store hebt gekregen, gelden ook deze door Apple vereiste voorwaarden:For the app you obtained through the App Store, these Apple-required terms also apply:
- Deze overeenkomst is uitsluitend tussen jou en SCRTY B.V., niet met Apple. Apple is niet verantwoordelijk voor de app of de inhoud ervan.This agreement is solely between you and SCRTY B.V., not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
- Apple heeft geen enkele verplichting tot onderhoud of ondersteuning van de app.Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the app.
- Garantie: wij zijn als enige verantwoordelijk. Voldoet de app niet aan een toepasselijke garantie, dan kun je Apple op de hoogte stellen en zal Apple, indien van toepassing, je aankoopprijs terugbetalen; voor het overige heeft Apple geen garantieverplichting.Warranty: we are solely responsible. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation.
- Wij (niet Apple) zijn verantwoordelijk voor claims over productaansprakelijkheid, inbreuk op intellectuele eigendom, en wettelijke, regelgevende of consumentenbeschermingsclaims.We (not Apple) are responsible for addressing claims regarding product liability, intellectual-property infringement, and any legal, regulatory or consumer-protection claims.
- Je licentie om de app te gebruiken is beperkt tot de rechten die zijn vastgelegd in de App Store-voorwaarden en Usage Rules.Your licence to use the app is limited to the rights set out in the App Store Terms of Service and Usage Rules.
- Apple en zijn dochterondernemingen zijn derde-begunstigden van deze overeenkomst en mogen deze tegenover jou afdwingen.Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and may enforce it against you.
- Je verklaart dat je je niet bevindt in een land met een Amerikaans embargo en niet op een verboden-partijenlijst staat, zoals de App Store-voorwaarden vereisen.You represent that you are not located in a US-embargoed country and are not on a prohibited-parties list, as required by the App Store terms.
09AansprakelijkheidLiability
Notu.la wordt geleverd "zoals het is". Voor zover wettelijk toegestaan zijn wij niet aansprakelijk voor indirecte of gevolgschade, of voor verlies dat voortvloeit uit fouten in transcripten of notulen. Niets in deze voorwaarden beperkt aansprakelijkheid die op grond van de wet niet kan worden uitgesloten, waaronder je dwingende consumentenrechten.Notu.la is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss arising from errors in transcripts or minutes. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your mandatory consumer rights.
10BeëindigingTermination
Je kunt op elk moment stoppen met het gebruik van Notu.la en je abonnement opzeggen in de App Store. Wij kunnen toegang opschorten of beëindigen bij misbruik of schending van deze voorwaarden. Hoe lang we gegevens daarna bewaren, staat in het privacybeleid.You can stop using Notu.la at any time and cancel your subscription in the App Store. We may suspend or terminate access in case of abuse or breach of these terms. How long we keep data afterwards is described in the privacy policy.
11Toepasselijk rechtGoverning law
Op deze voorwaarden is Nederlands recht van toepassing, met behoud van de dwingende consumentenbescherming van het land waar je woont. Geschillen worden voorgelegd aan de bevoegde rechter in Nederland.These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
